Can you say RUT?

I diet..... I stay the same weight.

I eat like a horse..... i stay the same weight.

I exercise like a gorilla..... i stay the same weight.

i dont move for weeks..... I stay the same weight. I am real sick of not getting anywhere. 

I have lost my mojo and i am wilting like a flower that has seen its glory days and now is hanging on for another day.

I dont gain a pound.....i dont lose a pound.  It's hard to stay focused. I guess if i chop off a leg I'll lose 40 lbs..........Ugh.

See ya next week.......

My surgiversary is coming up this month and I am sad............real damn sad.

Awwww sorry you are in a rut.....I dont know why our bodies like to do this, but i believe if you just stick to your healthy habits, eventually, you will get the results. Hang in there my hero :)

Hey hun gotta let go!

I haven't been moving either. It is hard. But our bodies need time!!!! In my case I go up and down. But it is not better. You know it gives me hope on the downs and takes it all back on the ups grrrrr

Hang in there! Forget about the results for a while. Relax and enjoy what you gained instead of expecting more. Just for a while! Do something you enjoy. Instead if the regular gym, play some sport. You know like a team sport. Tennis, volley ball, badminton, basketball, WHATEVER just change the routine and have fun.

-8 lbs!  YAY!!

I am 3 weeks post op and still sore as hell so I'm not really getting in exercise yet. Just trying to walk as often as I can.  Total weight loss so far is 41 lbs!
