Wow. I will take it. Regardless of the scale numbers, I'm happy to say that the exercise has given me boundless energy. I would always roll my eyes and say, "the only running I would ever do is away from a zombie." Now, I'm not sure if you can call the slow shuffle I'm doing on my treadmill running, but it is certainly more than I've ever done
big NSV's coming today... I'm going to a theme park and WILL be riding some roller coasters today for the first time in about eight years!

Congrats, Sassy! Excellent weight loss and the exercise is great. I too have started "jogging" a bit. I do 4.5 to 5 mph... 4.5 is so slow, myfitnesspal doesn't even recognize it as jogging. LOL But it is to my body! Have fun at the park today!

Lost 2.8 this week. I am so happy about that. First, I was on vacation all last week and we ate out so much. Our condo only had a small kitchenette so we couldn't cook any meals at home. Every dinner was out so that was definitely challenging. Also, I started my period this morning which means I was PMSing last week! I knew that Saturday and yesterday I was really having carb cravings but I thought it was due to having a few more carbs creeping into my diet so I was pretty strict yesterday.
I hate that my vacation is over but ready to get back into my routine. Have a great week, my friends!!

Great job on the vacation week! And screw MFP - jogging is jogging. I "jogged" my first mile in 15 minutes (4.0) lol.

I created my own exercise on there so it has it in there now! I'm sure my first mile will be 4.5 or slower. Right now, i can't do more than 2 minute intervals. One day... :-)
For sure - three years ago, I couldnt walk a single mile, and my first mile took me 26 minutes. One day at a time - and eventually I ran 13 miles. Soooo.....one foot in front of the other, and you will be able to do anything!!

Ouf, theme park! I thought I wanted to do that but yesterday I was at the park with the kids and tried a single swing. Needless to say I wad thrilled my "used to be too huge fat ass" did fit perfectly into the swing. But oh my go**** got me dizzy and scared hahaha. Hubby had to stop the swing for me!!! So theme park are out of the question for me. But please come tell me all about it when you get back!!!! Use to LOVE rides!!! Was actually one of my goals to take the kids to one!!! All about revising goals!!!

When I stepped on the scale and loiked at it, I saw 93.2. Wowwwww hahaha!!!! It was in kg instead of pounds! Lolololololol!!!!!!!
Had a great week, saw some friends, family, skied, had lots of my favorite fatty local cheese.
Yesterday was easter and I wanted a cadbury egg but every store was sort of closed. So treating myself today
Health is back on track. I an starting to move more. Will get back to training on my threadmill today, 3 times a week.
