Kicking Bad Habits!

So I gave away all of my bad habits today to my friend! I gave her all of my bad carbs (potatoes, pastas, and white rice) and I gave up my coffee pot! That's right! I kicked the caffeine and the carbs! I feel better already!!!

P.s. The liquid diet isn't so bad! 3 more days!!!!

Good for you! Getting prepared at home is important!

Good for you!

The liquid diet was horrible for me until those last two days.  I think at that point, I was so stressed and anxious, I couldn't have eaten anyway! :-)
