Pre-op cheat day - OMGosh

Well, I did so good today with 2 protein shakes for breakfast and lunch then at dinner I started off good with eating protein first, then steamed asparagus, passed on the bread & potatoes. Then the left over tortellini I warmed up for my kids was sitting there and I ate about 15 of them and now I am about to hurl - yuck!!!!
I have not felt like this in about 2 weeks. I have been eating so well and trying to stay on track so I will lose the weight before surgery (I have till September but worried I won't get it off). Carbs always do this to me and I should just passed it around and left it alone. Lesson learned!!!!!

Those carbs are tricky. Luckily, I keep them out of my house 95% of the time.  I won't lie... I'll eat some non white carbs here and there when I dine out, but I can't bring them home or I would eat all of them AT ONCE!   Stay positive! Tomorrow is another day:)

Carbs are the devil! One bite and I am hooked. Lessons are learned, hard to incorporate. Stay strong!

Hi Sharon,
U agree, Carbs are the DEVIL!!!! Evil, Evil!!! I think they are worse than ice cream for me. Gotta get control of my crazy mind!!!
