Nauseous. *heave*
Had that but only with cottage cheese. It smelled so bad, as if it went bad. But the expiry date was all right, my kids were eating it, so I tasted it. Oh my! Bug mistake! Hahaha
Now I am ok with cottage. But it took 8 months.
Find some protein that don't smell. Mizarella or cheddar cheeses, cottage cheese, yogourt, make yourself some waffles(gave the receipe on another post), chick peas(unless you have gas issues) or other kinds of beans
Personnally the "meat"(chicken but mostly red meat) are really hard for me. They are harder to digest and I sometimes get too full(with tiny amounts) and feel nauseus and not eating enough
A nice friend told me to stop looking at what I can't (or don't) do right and start looking at what I can(or do) do right.
So instead if beating yourself up for a few innicent crackers, maybe see it as "at least you did give some fuel to your body". And tomorrow will be a better day!!! Well at some point at least hihihi
