Nauseous. *heave*
On to my food (or lack thereof) dilemma! I'll try to plan my meals so that way I only have to go grocery shopping once or twice every month. And especially with such small meals, one meal can last me a few days. However, just recently, I will make myself something to eat and in bigger quantities, freeze them and then just pull one out when I need it. I have no idea why, but I can eat something and be fine and the next time I go to eat it, the smell alone will make me sick. Just the slightest tiniest hint of the smell in the air and I will run for the hills to throw up even though I just ate it the day before and was fine. Now instead of meals lasting me days, they are being thrown out cause I won't touch them and they'll go bad. I'm shopping almost everyday because I always have to get something I haven't tried yet. I didn't have anything to eat at the house last night with no car so I had 2 small crackers for dinner and that was the only thing that I had that the smell didn't bother me. Mentally, I felt horrible because I ate crackers and I'm only two months out. I didn't want to break my routine but I was dying of hunger and everything else made me sick. It's been happening for about 3 weeks now. Any suggestions?
Well, the obvious... have you peed on a stick?
I had some nausea and aversions to foods for a while. Chicken got me through (deli sliced turkey too, the smell of that isn't horrible). It passed after a few months.

if you are losing alot of weight you are dumping hormones that where stored in you fat into your blood , they can mess with your cycle and probably make you feel like morning sickness, but take the pee test to be shore , if your cycle is always funky and you had unprotected sex you could be pregnant , if comes out positive don't go crazy , it could be a false positive because of the hormones , but check with you doctor , pcp or gyno
Hi Rayah!
I had a kind of similar thing happen to me earlier out. It has definitely gotten better though. It was really bad for about a week or two. I bought this bag of frozen turkey meatballs and I would put them in a pan with a little bit of tomato sauce and italian spices and that was a great dinner for me. Then after eating that about 3 times, just the thought of it made me almost throw up. I haven't eaten them in over a month and they are still sitting in my freezer. Still get kinda queasy thinking about them. Have no idea why!
I also would have days where EVERYTHING protein would make me feel sick. One day, I think I just did tablespoons of peanut butter and skim milk. That was the only thing that didn't completely gross me out. Please don't beat yourself up because you ate crackers. You and I are still so early out and our bodies are still recovering.
Are you taking your PPIs religiously? I wasn't doing them twice a day around the same time (I was being cheap and thinking I could probably just do 1 a day) and I had the sour stomach feeling everyday. Once I started making sure to take them in the morning and at night around the same time, I felt so much better and really haven't had the nauseous feelings I had before.
Good luck girl... I am sorry that you are having personal issues. If you want someone to talk to or bounce ideas off of, message me! I'm here if you wanna vent! :-)

I am taking one PPI everyday. Surgeon said he wants to start weening me off so I was at 2, now I'm at 1 and he wants me at half by 4 months and then completely off by 6. I'm not sure if that's the cause and I never thought about it. I'll ask him if because I went from 2 to 1 maybe that's why.
And like your day of "disgusting" protein, that's my everyday. Chicken was my go to. I could handle it fine and I can practically make chicken take on any flavor I wanted. Now... There's no way I can be in the same house as chicken cooking or raw in fact. Right now, thinking of chicken... As if I right on cue, I just had to hit the throne face first. Sorry.. Where was I?
Now it's everything including chicken. I can handle it for one time only and after that, I'm in trouble. I get SOOO hungry and I'm only eating little amounts of peaches or a cracker. I can't do anything else. Like literally cannot. Even water has its moments but I switch it up with alittle apple juice to make it feel like it's something different.
As for my personal issues... Ugh. Where do I begin. Lmao. Well technically it's just one person and it's turned into this huge problem. I'll message you right after this! :D
Rayah,
I only get the dry heaves when i dont get enough sleep. Weird huh? That is my bodies way of letting me know that.
I would stick to basic foods like shakes, Greek yogurt, chicken and then see how you do. Our bodies are awesome at telling us instinctively, what we dont always intellectually know. Let your body be your gauge.
I am so glad you are not preggers because you are happy you are not.
Hugs,
Sharon
