When I crave carbs, I make myself a homemade waffle. Here is the reveipe for you. It gives you 2 waffles. I usually am gull after one. But I will give you the numbers gor the 2
Receipe
1 egg
1/3 cup quick oatmeal
1/4 cup milk(in my counting I used 2% milk so might be less or more depending what kind if milk you use)
1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix all ingredients. Wait 5 minutes. Cook. (I use a thing for waffles but I am sure you could just do it as a pankake in a pan). I poor some herseys chocolate syrup on it, or just plain is delicious as well!
