Monday Weigh In
Hi there!
I promise it won't be that slow the whole time. Try not to get down on yourself. The slow down will be over soon, I'm sure. I went through the same thing and it sucks. I really do think my body had to take some time to adjust and redistribute or something. :-) I lost about 35 pounds quickly but then I was slow for a few weeks. During that time I didn't see much change in my clothing or my appearance... but now the weight loss has started up again and I see some major changes now.
Try not to get discouraged! I only weighed once or twice a week and that helped some. You are doing great!! Keep going!

I made a concerted effort to eat LESS calories but the same amount of protein this past week, so I am a little surprised by this. However, I am well aware it could be water or constipation or any number of other factors, so I am trying not to get too carried away.

Hi Y'all,
I took a week off from working out because I wanted to see what would happen and guess what I lost 8 lbs in a week. So Saturday I started working out again and today when i weighed myself I was up 7 lbs UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'll take the 1 lbs.........
