Hi there!

I promise it won't be that slow the whole time.  Try not to get down on yourself.  The slow down will be over soon, I'm sure.  I went through the same thing and it sucks.  I really do think my body had to take some time to adjust and redistribute or something. :-) I lost about 35 pounds quickly but then I was slow for a few weeks.  During that time I didn't see much change in my clothing or my appearance... but now the weight loss has started up again and I see some major changes now.  

Try not to get discouraged! I only weighed once or twice a week and that helped some. You are doing great!! Keep going!

I made a concerted effort to eat LESS calories but the same amount of protein this past week, so I am a little surprised by this. However, I am well aware it could be water or constipation or any number of other factors, so I am trying not to get too carried away.

good way to see it!  Anyway what we eat today is not suppose to affect the balance right away.  So keep the good work!

Hi Y'all,

I took a week off from working out because I wanted to see what would happen and guess what I lost 8 lbs in a week. So Saturday I started working out again and today when i weighed myself I was up 7 lbs coolUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll take the 1 lbs.........

Our scales are secretly declaring war against us!!!!   Keep on with the workouts - you are a rock star no matter how much you weigh :)  I try to tell myself that I'd rather be overweight/obese if I could run than be "normal" and out of shape.

You know you didn't gain that! It's water! It plays tricks on you! You'll be ok...just keep it up. You're doing the right thing. Stupid water retention.
