yah for a loss, BUT the nine month slow down is messing with my head a little bit.
My original goal was to get under 200 pounds. I've done that:-) and I'm working REALLY HARD at making the right food choices. I've started weight training and integrating more cardio for lifestyle changes, etc.
overall, good week. I painted my porch, side stoop, and outbuilding this weekend. It was beautiful and it felt AMAZING to move my body in the way it was meant to be used! That being said, I'm incredibly sore, (in a good way?).

2.2 pounds down this week.
That's a special 2 pounds for me because that puts me having lost over 50 pounds!! I was tempted to enter in just 311 in my health tracker but I told myself to be totally honest. LOL It's hard to believe that I am a 1/3 of the way to my first goal of 150 pounds lost. I still don't know where exactly to set my goal.. anywhere between 150 and 180 pounds. I will just have to see how I feel after I get there. Have a great week everyone!!

I am feeling better and better everyday. The pain and diahrrea came only one day this week and was gone in 5 minutes. So back to eating more but still afraid to go back to my usual diet. The energy seems to be on its way back. Yesterday I found myself cleaning the house. It was overdue as I couldn't do anything in the last month or so
I also started thinking about resuming my training on my threadmill. When I say thinking of it I really mean feeling the desire to do it. I don't want to do too much and get exhausted so I waited. But I will start today with a 45 minutes of leisure walk

Really irritated because i'm up 4 lbs from yesterday because of swelling. I hate that i have no control over the direction of the scale. My swelling just comes and goes as it wants.
Had a good week last week though, looking forward to another good week this week. My 12 week 1/2 marathon training is supposed to start today but because i hurt my back, doesnt look like that's going to happen. But, since ive already paid for this race, my back better start cooperating soon!
