Sleep and weight loss
So my new goal is to be in bed by 10 everyday, except if I go out with my husband on special ocxasions!
Hope you don't mind but I will post it here, for accountability. Enough with the midnight or even later sleep time. I want to feel like waking up in the morning!!! And start my day early!
So it all start tonight!

Post it! That is what I am going to do with my exercise. Just posting it here in a thread I start, even though it is for me, I know other people will be able to see it. I feel like it will help me keep myself accountable.
I have problems with sleep too...like mostly staying asleep. I've had to start drinking some extra sleepy time tea...it helps. Maybe that will help my stress level too because I haven't been able to sleep much the past two weeks.
I had terrible sleeping habits before the surgery. I would go to bed and was up maybe 4-6 times a night. How many nights I just layed there awake at 2am and cried because i knew in a few hours I would have to be up again for work.
Now I sleep like a dead woman. I dont know if it's the weight loss, the exercise or both.
One thing i do the same; I get up at the same time everyday 7 days a week, no matter what time I went to bed the night before. It works for me.
Hugs,
Sharon
I have to admit (ashamed!!! ) that my problem is not to sleep but to go to bed. I put music on and don't even last through one song. I do not wake up either, unless I have to pee, but rarely!!!
I just don't WANT to go to bed. I enjoy this alone time, when it's quiet and dark, when I know others are sleeping.
It's 8 and I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO BED AT 10. How am I going to do this?
