Okay. Okay. Okay! 

i know I have to do it, but i still HATE it. 

I realize people are more prone to do it if you like it..find something you enjoy yada yada yada. 

Im pleased to report I'm walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. And I feel stronger...maybe I'll become a lover of exercise:/

I can relate with you there! they say do what you love? I love to walk, do have treadmill, but so boring, as the time drapgs on, I am constanly watching the clock, I have to cover it!! I love step, but just need to do it right?

I am working on it.

I remember right after surgery, I was still to lazy, thinking the surgery would do it all, but truthfully, the wt. did not drop until I got MOVING!! so I better start moving more!! asap. Since I want this last 60lbs. gone like two wks. ago! huh.

Find something you like - hiking, kickboxing, yoga, cycling, sports, dancing - explore lots of different activites, look for groups - make it something you enjoy! You will be much more likely to stick with it,.

I don't hate it but I am hit or miss with it. I keep working at doing it consistently. I do feel and sleep better when I do it though.

You're doing great! I need to start doing what you're doing :) I hate it, too, but I'm hoping when I'm down a little further to take more classes, like Zumba and cardio dance, because I do love to dance!

I don't love exercise but when I do it, I feel better and it makes it a little easier to do the next time.  It also helps me stay on track eating-wise.  I am all or nothing girl so when I exercise, I don't want to waste my efforts on eating junk.  Walking on the treadmill is very boring though.  I use my Ipod and listen to upbeat music to keep me moving.  Also, I'll treat myself to a magazine sometimes so I won't be counting the seconds down while I walk. 

Also, sometimes if i use the programs on the treadmill, that will hold my interest a little more.  I can tell myself, only one more minute on this level... it kinda breaks up the time. 

My favorite exercise though is swimming.  If you have an aquatic center anywhere near you, maybe go once a week. I love swimming and can't wait til it gets warm and the lap pool in my complex opens!
