It's my 1 year surgery anniversary

I had to share that today is my 1 year anniversary for VSG. I still can't believe it's been a year. SInce my first visit with Dr. Cirangle I weighed in at 420 lbs. Today I am 220 lbs and I feel great. I am able to do so much more and feel like I have a life to live. It was very hard in the beginning to adjust from surgery. It became easier and easier the farther along out. I just want to say that everyone here has given me some encouragement and helpful ways and I want to say thank you and for everyone waiting to get surgery or has just had it, hang in there. You will get to your goal and you will feel so proud of yourself. I am still working to achieve my goal and I am on my way.
