I too feen for something sweet at night after I finally sit down and relax.

I always have something ready that will soothe the inner beast: My favorite treat is a cup plain greek yogurt with a T of SF orange marmalade and a dash of SF whipped cream or a cup of SF hot chocolate with a dollop of SF whipped cream. The only place I can find SF whipped cream is Whole Foods.

The 2 trick which are full-proof is to have what you know will satisfy you and keep you on program and not to bring any bad stuff into the house. I am an addict, but I will not get in my car and drive for something if I am prepared.

I also find if i pop a piece of SF gum into my mouth right after a meal it calms the carb addict monster inside of me.  I always keep tons of gum everywhere. Even my night-stand.

hugs,

Sharon

I have a greek yogourt and my daily fruit as an evening snack. Usually raspberries in the ypgourt. Heavenly good! And I can eat every single raspberries one by one to make the pleasure last longer!

Or some nuts, such as almonds, because I can play with them(they're big enough to est the skin around, then separate them in half, and they are longer to chew) so my "treat" last longer.

I also make some jell-o but instead of using the cold cup of water, I use a cold cup of greek yogourt. Delicious!!!!!

I also have 90 or 95% chocolate bar at all times for the ry bad chocolate cravings. I also have chocolate mint from weigh****chers but if I have a craving, I try to talk to myself, snack, drink, etc.... But if the craving is too much to hane, I take a 90% cocoa chocolate piece and usually it does the trick and I am good to go again for month because all I can remember is the bitter taste instead of the sugary one.

If I crave carbs, I have crackers that have so little car s that I will eat a few, and be satisfied for months again!

Never been sucessfull either. It scares me to death. But what can we do about it? Persevere, be positive, beleive/have faith in ourselves! We can do it! We are always too much or not enough, but it is not the reality. It is just how we perceive ourselves. Negative thinking bring us down. Got to be positive!!!! At least gotta try!
