u go girl! I LOVE muscle pain. I love it when I can barely turn over in bed from working out so hard. The best is when you get up the next day and you dont hurt, but feel like a warrior athlete. The high cannot be expressed in words!

I love the burn - at least sometimes. Not really when I have a busy day at work and need to function :-p  But no pain no gain, so I'll enjoy it :)

I am in a stall again. Par for the course. I am used to them now. I dont get freaked out anymore. My upper tummy is finally releasing fat. The inches are started to be noticeable in that area. For the longest it looked like my upper stomach would never get smaller, but it is. I guess the weight shifted. I just know I am the same weight I was 2 weeks ago, but a fitted shirt I wore a month ago is giant on me. I am squishy all over now. Even my ankles are getting wrinkly . HAHAHAHAHA

Good Will is becoming my best friend. I am in an 18-20 now. I cannot believe it. Thirty years ago, when I fit into a size 18 I was 30 lbs slimmer than I am now. I guess gravity plays a part and I am thinking it's the muscle since i work out so hard and did not then.

My wt if fluctuating from 168- 172 at the blink of an eye.  So Serious time to journal. No one notices the weight gain but my favorite pair of jeans are snug.    I post on my blog about this yesterday. The crap is leaving my house.  The kid doesnt need it, the hubs doesnt need it and I surely dont need it!!!   Its going to be a great week though and this will NOT get to my head.  Gonna keep working out hard and eating clean.  No More Crap Food!!!!

Thanks!  :-)  This is a going to be a battle for the rest of my life.  The one thing I know for sure is that a 2lb gain can lead to 5 and 5 can lead to 10 and so on, and so on.  I just have to get my head back in the game and give up on the mystery that "normal" people can do it this way or that way.  I am just me, no one else and I make my own normal.  :-).    We have to keep on rocking it!!  Good job not letting the stall get to you!
