NSV

sat. my hubby and I went shopping and he was like "slow down you don't have to run". I smiled from ear to ear. I has only been 4-5 months ago I would not even get out of the car to go shopping because my back hurt so bad , and I sweated like something unreal. WHOOOA WHOOO!!!!!

I love those kind of NSV's.......when we do something naturally and then we have to stop afterwards and say, "I cannot believe i can do that".

These are huge blessings and things that others often take for granted! Enjoy and celebrate these moments the feeling of excitement you have or had with in you when he said that to you I imagine made you want to run!! Keep it up little lady!! NSV's are the best!!
