Not entirely sure where 8 freaking pounds came from but I am going to deal with it. Well, the following statement is not entirely true. I have been working out but eating like absolute crap. Stress eating and that TOM since my hormones are wearing off. (time for another shot!) So back to journaling my food and complete accountability. I am so pissed off at myself. I just stopped looking at what I was eating. I ate a freaking packet of poptarts and addition to other crap I have let back in my house. It is going and I am getting back at it.

Hey Kat,
I do not believe you have gained 8 lbs. it sounds partially hormonal. The way we work out, it is impossible to gain that much unless you are eating 6000 calories per day. I highly doubt you are doing that. it is water weight which weighs a lot.
You know what you have to do and you are doing it. Cut out the crap which holds the water due to high sodium and you will be fine. Drink a ton of water to flush out the chemicals that are causing you to hold the water. By next week you'll be back to your old self.

The only difference in my life is that I had my period(ended testerday), I have a cold and feel restless, I had some intestines problems at the beginning of the week, I cobstantly feel bloated, I added some cereals to my daily diet and I eat too much when in my period. Enough reasons?
