Six months progress... Bmi 53 to 32

I'm really shooting for a lifestyle change that I can maintain for life. Around month 4-5 I upped my calories to around 800. I fluctuate between 800-950 calories daily. I still use two protein shakes a day. No simple carbs. All water/all day and I move WAY MORE.
It seems like it has gone slowly to tell you the truth. Keep at it and don't get discouraged:-)
i also admitted to myself that I had a problem with junk food and sugar. That has helped.
You were pretty before- but now you are BEAUTIFUL! Keep up all the hard work, I can't believe you live on such low calories still- you are amazing woman!!
