I hear that the younger you are the more your skin will shrink also the less time your heavy
most heavy weights need plastic surgery at some time
go to your doctor with every rash, pimple ,irritation, get it documented because some insurances will pay for plastics for medical necessities
make shore to drink lots of water and have some fats in your diet
My starting BMI was 54 and I was 38. I thought I would have a huge pannus and okay arms. Actually the reverse happened: I don't have much of a pannus and my arms are floppy. Unfortunately we cannot ungrow skin once we have it. It doesn't bother me nearly as much as I thought it would, though.
I fight badgers with spoons.

Im 29 - had WLS on my 28th BD :)
Loose skin is going to be an issue. Period. I had major hanging skin - i hated it and decided to opt for plastics. I look much better but because of the amount of skin I had, i still have some hanging loose skin and will possibly need revisions down the road, and the scars are really ugly - hoping they fade. Just....learn to love yourself regardless of your size, or skin, or anything physical....and you'll have a happy journey.
