Picture & crosspost almost one year out VSG

I posted all of this over on my VSG board but since I started out at such a high weight I really wanted to share it here as well. I am proud of how far I have come but since I am now where most of the other VSG'ers start out I think you guys will understand me better.

I can't find a good app to do a really great photo collage so if anyone out there knows of one that is better than pizap please share with me! Wanted to share as I am approaching one year out on the 16th of this month. Pictures would always give me inspiration. They still do. I started out at 462 pounds before preop diet, surgery day I was 438, and today I am 289. From a tight 5x tops and 6x bottoms to a now loose 22/24 on top & bottom.

Your doing GREAT!!! so glad you shared. I'm 2 months out we started near the same size me being bigger. I have lost 92 lbs and feel so discouraged by all the wt. I still have to loose .  sooooo glad to see that it can be done!!! congrats on your loss!!
