I finally kicked my scale to the curb and weigh myself at the gym now. I was so sick and tired of weighing something drastically different several times per day. I finally realized my scale was for Sh--t.

Last week at this time it was 5 degrees, it's supposed to hit 60 degrees today !?!?!?!?!  A lot of people are sick with the flu. What weird weather. I have been seeing tons of birds flying north.  Rather early for that. I wonder if mother nature is all messed up, or if we are going to have an early spring like last year.

The good news is that it all happened this week end. Yeah for real. I weighed myself on friday morning and I was around 229. Saturday it went down like 4 pounds and today another 3. And all this even if I was on vacation in Cuba.

I see you guys posted a lot those last two weeks, I will try to catch up!

Oh almost forgot! Was in bed last night, my shoulder was itchy so I scratched it and I discovered I HAVE A BONE!!!! The feeling is so great. I love bones!! I want more! The more I lose the more I discover them

-0.2   And I will be happy to take it!  My scale has been ALL over the place with a high of 167 earlier in the week. I have GOT to stay off the dang scale!

I took the batteries out of my scale and put new ones in. Kept getting 5-6 lbs fluctuations this weekend than what I had last Monday so I hid the scale to keep from driving myself insane :-\

HW:452 SW:426 TW:324 GW:180 Only lost one pound. I was in training last 2 weeks for a new position at work and had to work late everynight so I didn't get to the gym at all for 2 weeks. I need to get back on track starting now.

I started my 10-day pre-op diet yesterday and I am so hungry. I know I need to shrink my liver though, so I'm determined to do this properly. The carb detox is the worst!

I forget what they have you do pre-op. What exactly are you eating?

It will be surgery day before you know it!

Hi Sharon,

My pre-op plan is:

Two meals of 3-4 oz of lean meat and 1/2 cup veggies
Two protein shakes
1/2 cup fruit
My "free foods" are sugar-free Jell-O, sugar-free popsicles and broth.
I guess I should be grateful it's not all liquid like some plans.
