My scale may be saying things I don't like but... today is the first day of spring semester. And I just got into class. Saw the desks and got nervous. But I tried getting in anyways and you know what? I did it!!!!!! It's a little tight but I couldn't even slide my butt halfway in last semester. YAY!

That's fantastic! Congratulations! I had a rough go with tiny desks in grad school, so I know what a big deal this is!

Great NSV!  Chairs are my nemesis right now so I totally understand what a great feeling that is.  Everywhere I go, I am always worried about the chairs and whether they have arms on them.   Outside patio furniture is the worst for me.  They usually have arms and are usually so small, I can't sit down.  A month ago I was at Starbucks with a friend and we were sitting outside for two hours and when I got home, I had massive bruises on the outside of my thighs from the chair arms.  I will be SO relieved when I can stop worrying about freaking chairs!! Congrats!

I totally understand. I go around trying out chairs and every time I find one that I fit into I throw a party in my head. My biggest YAY moment was on the airplane to go see my family at xmas. I fit in the seat AND the tray table was down.  So yay for you! Another chair defeated!

I soooooo get that!  Last year, my kids were in a play and I couldn't fit in the chairs of the auditorium, this year I was so excited to go!  It got cancelled!  lololol  didn
