It gets hard around this weight, doesn't it? I feel like I'm fighting for every ounce for sure - my official weigh in is tomorrow. I'm hoping to eek out 165... come ON.

Thanks, Sharon. I know I am building muscle with the change in training. I am sore in spots I didnt know I had. I also know with the micro tears in muscle I hold onto water....you would think since I know all this it would make it just a TAD easier. Blech. I need to take my measurements. At least we are all in this together!!

This is Ripley with her nephew Raleigh. Raleigh's the bigger one. He's the pup I got back in September. Ripley is now 8 weeks old and a sweetie.
This is the kind of weight I like to gain. :-)
