All I want to do is cuss!!!!! Grrrrr.  My goal for this week is 1 lb loss.  1 dang pound.  I am going to redo my measurements I hope for some change there.

It gets hard around this weight, doesn't it? I feel like I'm fighting for every ounce for sure - my official weigh in is tomorrow. I'm hoping to eek out 165... come ON.

I never EVER thought I would get so frustrated about theses last few pounds.  I am not unhappy with my weight at all, but I really, really, want to be 155 and be able to maintain it.   Here's hoping for 165!!!!

Thanks, Sharon.   I know I am building muscle with the change in training.  I am sore in spots I didnt know I had.  I also know with the micro tears in muscle I hold onto water....you would think since I know all this it would make it just a TAD easier.  Blech.  I need to take my measurements.    At least we are all in this together!!

No loss this week. But I gained 7 lbs in the form of a new puppy. :-)

This is Ripley with her nephew Raleigh. Raleigh's the bigger one. He's the pup I got back in September. Ripley is now 8 weeks old and a sweetie.

This is the kind of weight I like to gain. :-)
