No matter what pic. i pick it says its too large. I have resized them. anyone have a ideal?

I can,t do it either . I don,t know how to resize them
The angel profile is the only can get to fit . Can,t do before and after picture. They just will not load . SoI have no pictures. Been trying to fix the problem for three years.
