I am so afraid of stretching my stomach that I'm having nightmares. I'm I the only one? I'm 7 weeks out.

Not specifically stretching the stomach...but I am terrified to gain weight back!

Just do what you should do, don't overeat and don't push your stomach. You'll be fine. Just follow the rules :)

Your tummy is still very swollen. Follow the rules; eat protein first, dont drink with your food, stay away from carbonated drinks, dont drink for an hour after eating , stay away from simple carbs and you will be fine. Congrats!!!

I think it is a fear that we all have, but if you put too much in it, your belly will remove it; that is for sure. Try to only put on your plate what you think you should eat, and sick with it. Your stomach will stretch out to hold more; which is normal. It is a good thing too because you will only be able to get in your protein and water if it does. I often think I am eating more than I should because I pick at my plate for 30 minutes, but when I look at how much I would have eaten before, it shows me how little I am still eating.
