Just do what you should do, don't overeat and don't push your stomach. You'll be fine. Just follow the rules :)

I think it is a fear that we all have, but if you put too much in it, your belly will remove it; that is for sure. Try to only put on your plate what you think you should eat, and sick with it. Your stomach will stretch out to hold more; which is normal. It is a good thing too because you will only be able to get in your protein and water if it does. I often think I am eating more than I should because I pick at my plate for 30 minutes, but when I look at how much I would have eaten before, it shows me how little I am still eating.
