Thank you! I've really enjoyed reading your posts and blog. When I was trying to pick between surgeries, your success helped reassure me that I'd have a chance with the sleeve.

WELCOME Zra!!! You are in a great forum! While being on either side of the bench per or post! We have understanding and are great supports. Read, post, vent, and share thoughts. Great to have OH as a support as well try to find a local support group. It can give face to face support. They more you have it can also be somewhat holding you accountable and focussed!!

Welcome to this great forum!! All the people here are just truly wonderfull  I started where you started 6 months ago and I am down 128 pounds.  The weight will come off.

Thank you! I can't even imaging losing 128 pounds in six months, but I'm hoping I can make it happen, too!

You think I could imagine it?  Geeze I can't even imagine my next 100 to lose!  And I can't yet process the change in myself.  But like others, I did it, and you will as well!

 

Which surgery did you have or will you have?

I'm going to have VSG. I went back and forth a lot in my decision making, but this feels like the right choice for me.

it is important to have what you feel good with!  When are you going to have the surgery?
