I had been in a BIG FUNK and wanted to hide. I am back and in good frame of mind. It does happen, but you know what it is that you must do and you will get back to it. Plastics for sure is not easy! The last surgery I had on 10-31-12 was harder than my RNY and Panni. I gained weight with fluid also.
You had a whole lot done to your body all at once. Healing in itself is hard and you have some open areas in wich can be even harder.
You hang in there with all that you know but even more so BE PROUD OF YOURSELF! Life is going to have up and downs, and the ups will be here in no time again. Keep working step by step. Time is what we all have... step by step. You are NOT A FAILURE! You are very inspiring! You are worthy and you will see your goals come. Reflect. You care and so do all of us!

I think part of it is the holiday or winter blues. I definitely get it this time a year, even though on paper, I really have no reason to have the blues. Lack of sunshine gets to me. I cannot wait for spring. Hang in there!!
