Well, this is a post that I can relate to also! As I sit here typing with the frustration that I am not at goal yet. My surgery was 12-15-2010. I started this journey of actually losing weight 08-23-2010. My starting weight was 654 lbs. Now sitting at 240 to 245 on any given different day. I am extaticly happy about my weight loss and the freedoms that I now have to go and live my life. Being able to just go and do almost anything that I so want to do. There are still some things that I cannot do but I also know that I am on the roads to being able to do them.

However, I learned a long while back that my choice to come to in OH is to the over 50 BMI. This way I am not allowing myself to see what does frustrate me. Here in this Forum, I know that it is people in here that have been or been close to me in there starting weights and have an insite on the time and patience it truely does take in our journeys. From the pre to the post we have a general understanding.

Absolutely correct in saying that weight loss at any weight is not "easy". We as humans that struggle with weight will have to deal with this the rest of our lives... wether 135, 180, 220, 300 ect... Finding what will work and not losing site of it.... then acting out the behaviors to acheive our goals is the hard part at any weight.

Some started out early with early intervention. I started out late and almost to late. I do hear you when you say it is hard to see or hear others making it to their goals so quickly... but kudos to them.

We all have to hang in here and keep doing what we know works and know that we will hit our goals and we all have reasons to celebrate and celebrate in big ways with our ever so shrinking bodies!!!

MAKE IT A GREAT DAY!!         SHERRIE <3
