Mondays weight in
I'm trying to stay out of my own head. Seems like it's SO damned slow these days. Just 2 pounds down since 11/21 and half a pound from my "goal" and it starting to make me nuts. I'm trying to not let it. I KNOW better. I just was hoping for a better "whoosh" this week. LOL. Come ON! Month 18 is shaping up to be cruddy unless I get another big whoosh soon, which who knows...
HW - 375
LW - 177
TW - 175.5
GW - 175
So, a 1.5 pound loss. I know, I know... dude, I've lost so much, shut up about it being "slow". It's not "slow". I tell everyone else this all the time, but this morning I'm kind of "blah" - even though I'm sitting here wearing baggy 16 jeans and a large t-shirt. Seriously.
I usually drop the decimal, but since I'm not quite there yet... LOL... I already know I'm revising that goal when I get there, but I'm going to sit at "goal weight reached" for a day because dammit! LOL. Now to eradicate that last half pound...

I know... like I said, it's in my own stupid head. LOL. And, honestly, I've eaten a few things I shouldn't have the past week or so. I'm sure that and the renewed exercise has some extra water hanging on. It will drop off. It always does. You know how it is though... that voice in the back of my head... yeah, that ***** needs to shut up.
