Mondays Weigh In
Oh Phatchick! You know I stall and stall and than stall again. You can do this! Don't pay attention to what anyone else says you've done amazing. Don't you feel different than you did at 356 pounds? Think of everything that has changed. I know it's a lot because I was in major pain at 350 and had a number of other medical problems. Our victory will be sweeter and are bragging right greater! Just think of it!!!! Someday we will be there.

-3 this week. The stall cometh, but almost to goal... I figure if the pattern holds true, it should be by Christmas. Then I'll revise that goal. Sigh. It seems to never end. LOL.
For those of you "slow losers" and "stalling", it's normal. Check out my profile (scroll ALL the way down) and you'll see my weekly and monthly numbers. Heck, I actually go back up a few pounds before shooting back down the scale again. It's totally normal. Just stick with the program.
