Well I didn't want to start this or even participate this week but I decided that not only the good weeks count but the bad also. So here I am

-0,3. I think it is the worse week losing wise for me and I followed the plan. Now tell me it is not because I started to exercise! I wont beleive you so do not waist your time

Good Morning Folks!

I can hardly contain my excitement! At 9.5 months out I just had a week with a nice big loss! Could hardly believe my eyes on the scale this morning!

HW - 390

SW - 368.8

LW - 197.2

TW - 192.2

A nice round 5.0 pound loss this week!

2.2 pounds to go until 200 pounds lost total! Eek!!

SURGERY at Toronto Western Hospital - VSG JANUARY 25th, 2012!!

I had a similar week. My problem has been water consumption. Been poor in that area and stayed the same. No loss. Karine, I miss your pic

Someone on the Ontario board had to be really nice and tell me that my pic needed to be changed so being unable to change it, I took it off!
