Please let me know does this happen to you also, cause everybody I speak to seem to think I am crazy or abnormal.
I even posted this on the Ontario forum and they are telling me to go to my center because I don't pee much when I start exercising. But I know I am not sick, it always does that. It is just f.....g annoying! Know what I mean?

When you start burning fat your body will start retaining water to provide energy to breakdown the fat cells. You also start building muscle so the muscles start holding onto water to facilitate repair and rebuild.
It gets better. I had the same problem. I have been working out hard for about 12 weeks now and my body adjusted after a week or so.
You will start losing again.
My prob has been water intake. I've been forgetting to drink and of course I have stalled again.........
And so it is what it is........
