HW: 452 SW: 426 TW: 352 Still no loss. Scale went up and down all week but no change in my Monday weight for week 3 now. But my clothes are getting bigger and my fat is getting jigglier so I figure I'm losing something somewhere.

I know what you mean when you say, "my fat is getting jigglier". When I do aerobics, as i jump up, my  loose fat slaps me hard..... It is so gross. My butt looks like a wrinkled elephant behind. LOL But i look cute in my clothes...I'LL TAKE IT! Have a great week. Sharon

Zowie, I am so happy for everybody. Even those of us who stayed the same.....the fact that we are accountable to each other is awesome.

My loss is not what I expected. I am working out like crazy and eating like a bird and feel like the scale should be moving a bit quicker. But I will take -3 lbs. 

I like others can really see the jiggliness (sp?). I knew it was a by-product of this massive weight loss and I am learning to live with it. I HATE my hanging lower abdomen. I am going to have to get a shaper or something. It is bugging me. My personal trainer has forbidden me to wear my old 5X men's long t-shirts to the gym everyday. He wants me to celebrate my body.......whatever! But I bought some t-shirts in the women's department in a 1X and I feel naked when I wear them.

Good job to all of you! Losing ir staying the same is good, but we have to keep coming here to yes be accountsble in some way!

As per me, I expected it, I gained today! It always does that when I go to the gym, it is not my first experience! Sadly, I will start losing slower now that I am back to the gym!

Why? I don't kniw really! Probably some
Swelling and I have an easiness with water retention so rhat is probably what's also happening. I usually pee every minutes and yesterday I barely went pee!

My question is: how do I keep a motivation to keep going to that gym?? ((
