Monday Morning Weigh IN
Had a great work out week last week. Managed to work out everyday and hard. My body is beginning to get some shape to it and I rediscovered my hips and ribs this week. Stayed on my diet and didn't cheat even once. Now that I have reigned in my food choices I am losing again steadily.

I had a horribly emotional week as my scale lingered back and forth betwee*****nd 201...I was 199 today but lord I will feel so much more at east when I am far enough away from 200 that i never have to see a 2 again.

Wow everyday?! You rock! I need to get back to my five times a week. I've only been managing to get three in. Good job on the loss.
My story sucks this week! I was down to 200.2 but came back up...oh well.
