Great blog. Yes, running into William was a blessing. Although he didn't have surgery, he is a testament to the human spirit. There is so much we can do to improve the quality of our lives.
Sometimes we lose sight of our goals and let that little temptation get the better of us. I am doing this for my health and quality of life. A candy bar is not more important than that.
William is not the only one at that gym inspiring people. Someone there is watching you too.
