I've lost 190 pounds in 15.5 months. Rockin'!

We usually shrink my fat cheeks/head a little, but all we did to this one was clean up my neck surgery scar and fix my tired eyes... I love it!

For comparission this is one she did in April 2011 (preop) and March 2012 (7 months ago)

I would say that your current picture has more twinkle in your eyes. Still, your photos show someone who is beautiful inside and out!
