Today, I went to the Fall fair of our community school. A mom stopped me to tell me she had to tell me that I looked great, amazing, so much in better shape also. That when she sees me walk the kids to school she can remember last year when I was walking them and the change in my body but also in the way I move is incredible"

I almost cried... I thanked her, I told her she had made my day! Such a great feeling!

Oh yeah I was looking for some comfirmation and I am soooo glad I got it from a stranger! I mean, friends and family I am always afraid they just want to be nice, but not strangers!!!

We shouldn't need others to feel good about ourselves but I still do! Part of my ongoing work on myself! So words still mean the world to me
