Monday's weight in
OK, I guess I am on board with this now. I think that I am mentally ready to focus on weightloss again.
After a couple of months at 215 and about 4 months in the 210s, I have finally started losing again. But it wasn't a stall. For those not on VSG board, here is the explanation.

Goal - RUN
Im pretty much down with losing weight for the next 6 weeks - I'm way too stressed out to go hard core right now. I still track my food, and im doing everything I can not to go crazy, but as I get ready for a 1/2 marathon, I'd just. rather....eat.
The number on the scale - while somewhat important - doesnt mean a whole lot to me right now. I realized yesterday it doesnt matter if I'm 193 or 180 - I ran 9.5 miles straight...and I am running 13 miles in a month...theres nothing that I will be able to do at 180 that I can't do now. So Im making peace with the scale. With PS coming up, I will definitely be cutting the carbs out, getting tons of protein, and will hopefully drop a few lbs of fat in addition to what is cut off.
