Hi Everyone,

Well, that 5 lb gain last week was a fluke. You all were correct. I went back to my normal weight after a couple days and stayed the same for the week.

SW 356
CW 280
GW 185

I have really upped the activity/exercise and hope it pushes me closer to my goal weight.  

Yesterday I rode my bike and it felt wonderful. I am doing free weights daily and aquatic aerobics daily. Now I need to rein in my carbs.

Found out I cannot eat rice this weekend. It made me very sick. I'm glad because I used to love rice.

Good morning everyone!!

Hope you had a terrific week.

I have decided Friday to start the next step in this journey and that is to maintain.  I made the decision to stop losing.  My husband made a very good comment to me last Friday and made me look outside the box and realize that he is right...especially once I get all the skin (neck to knees...lol) removed next year that I'm at a perfect weight for me.  I don't care about the BMI telling me that I'm still overweight.  It's not about the number for me and I'm soooo happy with my decision....and hey, losing 250lbs ain't too shabby!!  lmao

Congrats on making the new goal you made for yourself. How awesome!

I totally agree with the BMI thing. I am trying for 185#'s. I will be a size 12. I will take that!!!!!!

Yeah, when I really sat down and thought what size of clothes I was fitting in, right now 10 and I can't go smaller due to my panni but if my panni was a tad smaller, I would already fit in 8's so once everything gone, panni, thigh skin and all, I'm sure I'll fit in 6's so realized that's pretty small in my eyes so why would I try to lose another 20lbs...so that's why I realized that it was enough...lol...and I love how I look so what's better then that uh?  lol

I really thought I was going to stall!  What a shocker so happy...down 2.6 pounds.

Good Morning
I am still struggling with being on the steroids and starving out of my damn mind. Doc still has me on full liquids because he's worried about my stomach with the steroids, and I'm frustrated because I'm actually consuming more calories, carbs, and sodium than I do when I'm eating real food  Because of that my weight has been fluctuating much more than usual, but I did see a loss this morning.

LW (Wednesday): 225
TW: 219.4
