Hi Miss Acbbrown,

My Doc tried Wellbutrin too!  Big time fail and it made my anxiety worse too.  Ask about Paxil.  It's been shown to be very effective against anxiety.

Im thinking about trying Celexa...I took paxil a long time ago and it made extremely irritable. The celexa is supposed to help with the anxiety and some ocd issues im having. I really just dont think pills are going to solve my problems...i just need a new brain all together.

Thanks for your kind words!

I didn't know how to explain the cortisol thing in english, and you did it for me!

At 600, I function perfectly IF not working.  After 2 days off (closed the daycare cause too exhausted) I am starting to feel better today.  I am going to take it slow again today, and tomorrow I will go train, but with an extra shake.  I will do that all week next week and I'll see if I get as much tired.

Than I will have to make decisions I guess.  Maybe I could go part time for awhile!

Thanks again

Is there anyone at all who can help?  You need to take time to rest...you can't just keep going and going.  Also try to seek a cognative therapist to see for anxity.  Maybe hiring a person to help out wouldn't be a bad idea?  Remeber you have to take care of yourself first.  Also drugs aren't that bad they've helped me a lot.  I'm not currently on them but they've helped me a great deal.  I have generalized anxity disorder..that means I get anxity about everything.  Nice huh?  It helps to have one day not to have anything at all to worry about.  You must get in your me time!

I do not have anybody to help, not really.  As per hiring someone, I am thinking about it, or I might go part time, I'll see.

For the meds, I would definitely hate to go back on them, but I will if I have too.  But you know, I was doing soooo good, and all of a sudden, I am drained.  I want to make sure it is not only because of the "not eating" enough versus being really active, or make sure it is not only a lack in something (iron, B12, etc...).  Than, if all is ruled out, I will either get an employee or go part time.  Take it easy a bit.  Than if this doesn't work, I surely will go back on pills (ouach  lol)

Thanks for readin and answering me

I have major anxiety and panic disorder. I never thought anxiety could make you so physically ill. I would get to where i could hardly stay awake. Was even sent to a cancer doctor to see what might be causing everything. I was a wreak. Couldnt breath, hurt to swallow anything, massive attacks of panic. So I finally gave in and tried Celexa (after paxil and lexapro failed me) and now my life has changed so drastically. I was so anti medication but i am so grateful to have found something that works. Im here with you.

I don't exactly remember why, but Celexa works really well with anxiety and stress, it lowers some hormones that cause stress.  Sorry cannot tell you more!  Plus, it doesn't trigger weight gain!  Win win situation!

thanks Anna, we were on the same medication!  Celexa also worked like a charm for me.  Though after a few months, I started having all the side effects, I think my body didn't need it anymore, so I slowly stopped them and was fine for a few months.

Before Celexa, I cannot count on my fingers how many times I almost had a face to face accident in my car, cause I was sleeping.  I was a zombie.  My body was dead tired.  Even with 3 months training and good eating, I was gaining pounds, everybody thought I was cheating, but I was NOT, the body was shutting off!

Thanks for being here!  Nice to see you're feeling better
