Still Here :)
I randomly comment - and typically only if I have something positive or maybe insightful to share. I definitely haven't been as active as previously as I feel I am stalled in my journey due to baking my little one.
So I have about 12 weeks left before I have my baby girl. The pregnancy is going well. I've have odd aches and pains. I associate it with being SMO and 38 and a third pregnancy. But what are you going to do when life throws you a curve ball but swing for a home run. Which is pretty much what I'm working on.
I gained 12lbs with the pregnancy but haven't gained any more. I'm now at that stage for any of you large moms out there where I absolutely don't care about food. I find myself spending too much out of habbit on it and then not eating it.
Glad to say the worst of the summer heat is over here in the east and we're finally enjoying cool fallish nights. Although the family is wishing I'd consent to back off on the air conditioning I still have it cranked. I'm incubating people! LOL
I have a plan to take my protein shakes into the hospital and begin soon as I am cleared for food after my c-section. Gonna get right back on the wagon! Of course I'll have to make sure I consume enough calories for breastfeeding. Other than that - I've got my plan.
Just wanted you to all know I'm still out here and checking up on you from time to time and wishing you well.

Hi Brenda,
You are doing so great with the weight gain. At the rate you are going you probably will be lighter than when you started the pregnancy after you deliver. That happened to my daughter. The first pregnancy she gained 40 lbs and had a difficult time losing it. The second pregnancy she gained very little and when she delivered she weighed 8 lbs less than when she got preggers. She kept losing while she breast fed and today is reed thin. Her son is 19 months.
What a blessing to be having a baby. I am so happy for you. Babies are the BEST. Think of all the weight you will lose running after that toddler.
Blessings my dear,
Sharon

Darn, I was going for the pregnant woman giggles and pees her pants thing, but I'll take that ;) You're doing great and have a great attitude. I can't wait to see baby pics (I have a weird baby toes thing, my sisters all think I'm crazy because that's the first thing I do is take baby's socks off when I get them LOL)
