Monday Morning Weigh In
HW - 420
LW - 201
TW - 190
GW - 180 (pre-plastics)
After 3 weeks of all out war with the scale, I have returned to where i started. I went and saw my doctor who figured out the problem - i had some x ryas done and it showed my bowels were totally impacted (this is despite being on a rx daily laxative and stool softeners). So...problem resolved, scale is back down.
I have 2 months until PS - I am hoping that if I buckle down a little, I can reach my goal. I'm not sure how hard I am going to be willing to work to get there honestly...I know what I have to do, but my priority is training for my 1/2 marathon, and I really like my food (umm I mean fuel?) sooo we will see.
Thanks to Ms Shell (i love her) I have tweaked my diet though and I have ditched the grains and I'm getting my carbs from fruits/veggies(and protein bars lol) which seems to work for now.
I am ready for a better week - Im staying off the scale and focusing on my efforts.
