Struggling a bit vent/advice?

Do what you gotta do for now. This will pass. Eventually you'll be adding more foods to your diet, when you reach goal and then it will be better.
If you have that big an issue, go see the doctor and get a script to help.
Don't jeapordize your weight loss at this stage of the game. This is a critical time for weight loss.

Hunger:

Is it real? Only you know the answer to that and I find that I don't really because I don't really know what hunger IS.

1. Are you on a PPI? It could be acid.

2. Are you drinking caffeine? Some people say that makes them hungry.

3. Same with sweeteners.

4. Head hunger. This one is MY big demon. It's in my head. I know it is, but my head tries to convince the rest of me that I'm hungry when I'm not. Therapy helps, I'm a food addict. That simple. (Ha! As if!)
