 I know its not a popular thing to say on OH, but your body needs carbs, a minimum of 50g per day. Oh, it can make its own glucose thru gluconeogenesis, but for some people that makes them feel worse!

I'm all for reducing or eliminating refined carbs, but I don't like hearing ppl say they're cutting out all carbs

now, jm a total carb ***** when it comes to slightly sweet yeasty white breads or pastas, but oatmeal or heavy flax bread? Nope. I enjoy them, but I'll never binge on oatmeal.

what sort of carbs were you eating that caused carb binges?
