i just wanted to thank yall for your help andsupport i know i dont post alot but i do read alot. im not quite 3 months out from rny gastric bypass and i have lost 110 lbs. 56 lbs from the two months prior to surgery. i no longer use my walker and i can get around so much better. i am getting my life back and i am so happy and I thank God everyday!! Yes thanks y'all I have a lot more weight to loose but Sunday way my birthday I turned 33 and was given a brand new Kia soul and without this weight loose I would not have fit in my new car. Now I fit just fine. This board and the ppl on it inspire me!!

You are doing amazing! This is great news and so exciting to read about your success! There will be so many more NSV's that will be revealed to you as you continue to lose more weight! You and every other person that comes to OH are what make OH successful and helps all of us! Keep updating as we all love to read and remember, this is a life long journey and so the rest of the weight will come off and will be able to maintain as long as you follow your practices that you have learned and continue to be aware of where you are now and where you do not want to be!
