I look forward to these monthly updates because I get to look at my old self and my current self! It has been 7 months since I went in for my RNY surgery and came out with a VSG..who I so lovingly refer to as "Steve the Sleeve". I have lost a total of 163.8 pounds total and have about 70 more pounds to go until goal. This VSG has changed my life.....dramatically!

Before - Somewhere between 390 and 400 pounds.

That is awesome. I feel the same way that my life has changed and for the better. I love being able to go places and not worry about limitations due to my weight. You have done a great job and you will lose the last of the pounds in no time. That was a super fast weight loss, way to go.

SkinnyMamma you are doing fabulous!! You should be proud of yourself and know that you can keep going!! You are living life and enjoying yourself and that is GREAT!! Surgery has not changed your life, you have changed your life and the surgery is merely a tool to help YOU out!! You are still having to make choices and do the excersize! Great decisions and choices has been you driving them! What a blessing each day reveals!
