FML. I dont even know where 5 lbs could have come from - some water yeah, but come on body, 5 lbs? Really? I can more miles and avgd a faster pace all week, did my cross training, and this is the thanks that I get? SCREW THE SCALE.
But, in the case that I was just eating too much and some of that is actual weight gain, i'm cutting back my calories and carbs big time this week. Im officially freaked out.

I have started down a slippery slope of eating some sugar after dinner. Sugar is usually not my crack. I am more apt to eat pretzles or salty crack type foods........I am going to reign in the bad erating today and bought some grapefruits to substitute for the 3-4 twizzlers I've been eating every evening for the past week

Alison...you are awesome. Don't stress over 5lbs. I swear the scales see us coming and try to mess with our heads.

Only 100lbs to go. It seems like so much. But looking at my numbers, I have lost 46lbs since the end of April. I have a mini goal of reaching onderland by Christmas.

No loss this week but i was expecting to stall soon since I didn't have a 3 week stall. No worrries though cause I'm not eating enough to gain so I will just wait for my body to play catch up.

No way you gained five pounds it's water for sure from all that exercise.

Yup I didn't lose anything but I'm pretty much starting to get used to it. It's been stall for two weeks than lose like crazy stall lose and so on. I'm getting used to this. I'm not even stressed about it anymore. It's normal for me I guess.

Good morning everyone,So i kicked it up this week and it really did pay off...Now im on vacation until sept 13th...Oh boy.At least part of it i'll be in florida but with this weather i dont even know if i should go.
