Weight gain and exer****
That's the basics. I wish I wasn't swamped at work so I could sit down and link you to some good articles - I try and get to it this week but yes - we have much more muscle mass than we need so we do have to lose it and will as we get smaller. Building lbs of muscle and strengthening what we have (and preventing loss of muscle ) are all separate ideas. Some people just think that when the scale goes up they have built muscle - i;m just saying its water weight.

I find this very intresting I had no idea I would not build muscle untill I lose the fat. I thought it went hand and hand. I will look forward to the links to read about how this all works. I knew when I workout I can have weight gain due to water weight.
Right now my work out plan is minimal. MY mom had been visiting so most of time is with her But she is leaving next week. I will be putting my workouts first. I ordered some new workout closthes as most of mine are huge. Great question learing alot

sorry I didn't respond as I didn't come for a few days
I started training (1 week) and I love it. Well it is hard, painfull, but rewarding. I have a personnal trainer, which I wish I could keep but too expensive!
I lost 5.8 pounds this week. So let's hope this will continue!
I do cardio, and weight training.
I want to thank you all for all the encouragements and informations you have given me!
