Monday's weight in
I was not going to weigh, but I did. My weight is flexing up and down from 244 to 247, today 247. Yesterday and today have been pretty good eat days. Great activity levels. Tomorrow I have two medical appointments that I have been wanting to have done already... hoping to have some answers on why I feel so crappy with what is going on womanly stuff. I know that I can do this journey. Even with the doubts that fly in and by, I know that I am stronger than my doubts!
Hugs to you all! I want to so badly get this losing going! I am happy with staying right where I am until I lose again! I will be hitting the GYM again when ABLE!! For now, I do the bike when feeling ok, and nothing to hard! Hard to stay down!!
