 Hello,

I take my PPI at 8am and 8pm. Before the surgery I took one per day and was fine. Now I have to take two.

Also, how much protein are you getting?

When I get hungry I have a Priemer Shake. it has 30 gms of protein and fills me up.

Best, Sharon

A few days ago, I was at 50g, having a hard time getting there.  But now that I feel hungrier, I added protein, so above 60g

Dump the slider foods. Dense protein is where it's at, baby girl! Also, I haven't read the whole thread, but right around my period, I can eat seemingly endless amounts of food. Then one day, I can't eat anything for a day or two and then I'm back to normal.

Hang in there... keep your head in the game. You can do this.

I have not had surgery yet but constantly feel hungry. What are "dense proteins"? I use bariatric  high - 27 - g protein drink mix but I do not feel any different 5 minutes after it is gone. Thanks.

Dense protein is just like it sounds. Obviously a protein drink isn't dense. It's liquid. That's going go right through your system.

Think chicken, beef, fish... those are dense and will sit in your stomach longer than liquid.
