I have been in a stall for 4 weeks and at least stayed the same. Now I have gained 4 lbs??? I have been not getting in my protein like I should.....my bad. But I have been good and getting in water and keeping low carbs. Back on track starting yesterday.
Still love my sleeve and know I will be ok.
Have a great week everybody,
Sharon

I'm trying not to be disappointed with the 1.6 loss. I've been eating on plan but 6 weeks ago I fractured my tibial plateau so I haven't been able to do any cardio for awhile. Just before the fracture I bought a new bike, joined a gym and started regular walks with a co-worker. I'm really trying not to think about what I might have lost if I had been able to exercise the past 6 weeks. I really wanted to be down 70 lbs by 4 months. I know it's silly to set time frames to lose X amount by Y. I need to set goals that I have control over such as eating on plan and exercising. Last Friday I started physical therapy and can now go into a pool so I'm excited to be able to work out again.

I agree that setting X lbs by X date is counter productive - setting other clear goals that you can work towards is more productive and more rewarding. I know it's hard when life puts a wrench in your plans especially when youre feeling motivated, but you 'll be up and moving again soon enough. Hang in there!
